This class is for you if your spouse or parent needs long term care. You will learn:

● Avoid the Medicaid lien on your home;

● Use of Medicaid trust instead of Community Property Agreement;

● Avoid impoverishing your spouse;

● Reduce delay in qualifying for Medicaid;

● The most common mistakes resulting in loss of assets.
